Hello. We are The Line, a collective of 6 directors, based in London.  We make short films, adverts, music videos, games, and anything else you can think of that needs a good story, design, ideas, characters, or animation.

Our paths had crossed many times as friends and colleagues before we came together in 2013 to form The Line. We each had a lifetime of doodling and watching cartoons behind us , and close to ten years professional experience working on commercials and feature films. But more importantly we had a hankering to make good stuff together.

Our first short film as The Line was Everything I Can See From Here, which was nominated for a BAFTA in 2014. Our music video for Porter Robinson and Mat Zo's 'Easy' has received over 4 million views and has garnered a cult following online since its release.

We are now represented by the good people at Electric Theatre Collective, and work out of their studio in central London full time. Electric’s ultra talented CG team, sophisticated pipeline, and experienced production staff give us the scope to take on a much broader range of work than ever before. With the help of Electric we have released a number of other short films, and directed commercials for brands such as Dyson, Freeview, Blinkbox, and Axe.
